Return Policy.

To return a product at Z4 Racing:

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number/receipt
- Item serial number's)
- Nature of the problem

In general, Z4 Racing accepts returns on merchandise from selected manufacturers within 15 days. However, Z4 Racing reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 15 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 15 days, store credit will be issued only with receipt, no exceptions.

Returns within 15 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or store credit at Z4 Racing's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Sales are final on all helmets - No Returns

There are no refunds or exchanges on electrical parts. No exceptions.
